The three Douglas brothers—Rocky, Colt, and Tum-Tum—visit the amusement park to meet their TV idol, Dave Dragon (Hulk Hogan). Their day of fun is interrupted when a criminal mastermind named Medusa and her dimwitted henchmen take the park hostage for a $10 million ransom.
