Locale Emulator __exclusive__ — Ntlea

This paper is for informational and historical purposes. NTLEA is not officially maintained, and users should exercise caution when downloading older tools from third-party websites.

NTLEA operates by and redirecting Windows locale-related APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for a target process. When an application asks the system “What is the current locale?” or “How should I convert this string to Unicode?”, NTLEA intercepts those calls and returns information based on the user-selected emulated locale instead of the real system locale. ntlea locale emulator
