The rarest method. There was a PAL-region (Europe/Australia) physical disc called Forza Horizon: The Complete Edition . This disc contains all DLC (including Rally) on the disc itself. No download required. Works on any region's Xbox 360 or backward compatible on newer Xbox consoles. (Check eBay – expect to pay $60–120 USD).
