This is common. The driver loads but the hardware fails initialization on Windows 10.
While there is no single "official Broadcom website" link for consumers, the most stable versions for Windows 10 64-bit are hosted by major laptop manufacturers and Microsoft.
This card is a combo unit. If Bluetooth doesn't show up, you may need to install the Bluetooth-specific driver (sp75330) separately.
