When Apple dropped 32-bit application support with Catalina and introduced stricter security protocols (notarization requirements), the legacy Radium drivers ceased to function. Installing them on macOS Ventura or Sonoma will result in installation failures, kernel extension blocking errors, or the system simply not recognizing the device in Audio MIDI Setup.
