Hidden in Stage 2’s background is a destructible tombstone that only appears if you have exactly 2 seconds left on the level timer. Destroy it to get the Eternal Casket —a shield that absorbs three demon hits. Without this, the final boss (Nebiros Prime) is mathematically unbeatable.
