One of the most common service requests is upgrading a client from a spinning Hard Disk Drive (HDD) to a lightning-fast Solid State Drive (SSD). The feature in 9.3 creates a sector-by-sector clone of the source disk. It handles sector size differences and ensures the target drive is bootable. It even optimizes SSD alignment during the copy process, ensuring the new drive performs at its peak potential.

: A critical feature for technicians, this allows for the creation of a bootable CD, DVD, or USB to repair systems that fail to boot or to perform partitioning tasks outside the OS environment.
