This is the number one cause. When you first install Ample Guitar M, you designate a folder for the massive .pak sample files. If you later move that folder, rename it, or change hard drives, the plugin will look in the old location and find nothing.

If your computer’s "Documents" folder is synced with , it can interfere with how Ample Sound reads its configuration and sample data.
